Job DescriptionArchitect, design, and implement scalable, high-performance enterprise applications using Java and cloud-native technologiesLead end-to-end solution architecture across frontend, backend, integration, and cloud layersDevelop and maintain microservices-based architecture using Spring Boot and REST APIsWork hands-on with event-driven systems using Kafka for real-time data processingDefine and enforce architecture standards, design patterns, and best practicesCollaborate with stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutionsProvide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews for development teamsEnsure security, scalability, reliability, and performance optimization of applicationsDrive CI/CD, DevOps practices, and automation pipelinesEvaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and technologiesRequired Skills & Experience:15+ years of experience in Java/J2EE technologiesStrong hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIsExperience with Apache Kafka and event-driven architectureExpertise in Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)Strong experience in Full Stack development (Angular / React / UI frameworks + backend)Deep understanding of system design, distributed systems, and scalabilityExperience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift)Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)Proficiency in database technologies (Oracle, PostgreSQL, NoSQL)Experience with API gateways, security (OAuth, JWT), and integrations
