This Lawn Care Technician role focuses on delivering high-quality lawn care services while working efficiently in a fast-paced outdoor environment.The ideal Lawn Care Technician is dependable, hardworking, and comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining productivity and quality standards.Required Experience & Skills• Reliable attendance is required• Ability to work outdoors in heat, cold, and varying weather conditions• Ability to perform physically demanding work in a fast-paced environment• Strong work ethic and consistency• Lawn care or mowing experience preferred but not requiredEssential Duties & Responsibilities• Operate commercial mowers and lawn care equipment• Mow, edge, and maintain residential lawns to quality standards• Complete 25-30 yards per day efficiently and accurately• Perform seasonal lawn work such as scalping (February-March)• Follow daily service routes across SW OKC, Norman, Newcastle, and Blanchard• Maintain a clean and organized work approach while on job sites• Follow all company expectations for quality, safety, and productivityWork Environment• Outdoor work environment in all weather conditions• Fast-paced, physically active role requiring standing, walking, and liftingWhat to Expect• Occasional Saturdays (rare)• Small, team-oriented work environment• Opportunity for vacation time after 1 yearThis Lawn Care Technician opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and want to build long-term stability with a growing team.Job Order # 124038Stand-By Personnel | Skilled DivisionSkills RequirednullMore DetailsEmployment Type: Full Time Location: Oklahoma City , OK , United States Experience Required: Associate Date Published: 26 Mar 2026
