Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader

We are a growing company covering Oklahoma City & Edmond, currently seeking dedicated, dependable leaders to join our team. Crew Leaders are critical members of our field teams, coordinating the procurement and use of resources (including labor, equipment, and materials) to ensure completion of work within budget, safety guidelines and quality standards. Foreman guide and mentor field staff and assist them in carrying out their duties. They report to the Production Manager.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage lawn maintenance crewsEnsure jobs are performed in accordance with industry and company standardsCommunicate plans and production goals with crew members and clientsEnsure all safety and maintenance procedures are followedTrack and record all materials and crew hours workedPrepare job sites and see them through to completionMaintain a clean worksiteComplete paperwork and information pertaining to jobsContribute to our safety culture by wearing assigned Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)Interact with homeowners, property guests, clients, and the public in a friendly and polite mannerRequirementsExperience managing teams (1 year minimum)Customer service experience (1 year minimum)Knowledge and experience understanding lawn maintenance operationsAbility to operate standard landscaping machinery such as riding mowers, trimmers, and blowersAvailability to work variable hours which may include weekends, holidays and overtimeAbility to perform physical work in various weather conditionsLegal authorization to work in the United StatesReliable transportation to the branch or first job siteValid driver's licenseAbility to lift a minimum of 50 pounds & walk long distancesAble to pass a pre-employment drug testCompensation and BenefitsCompetitive salary, starting at $19 per hour & paid weeklyBenefits package including health,paid time off, and holiday payIndustry-leading safety & training programsCompany-sponsored social eventsCompany-provided safety gearProfessional equipment and toolsTraining and career development opportunities for employees who demonstrate a strong work ethicWork ScheduleYou'll work Monday to Friday, (with overtime in the peak season), starting at7:00 am depending on the season.
