If you're passionate about improving lives through nutrition and enjoy working in a collaborative healthcare environment, we'd love to hear from you!Job Duties:Conduct nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plansMonitor weight changes and manage tube feedingsComplete MDS and CAA documentation and participate in discharge planningCollaborate with nursing, therapy, and administration teamsProvide diet counseling and attend resident council meetingsConduct audits, supervise dietetic technicians, and deliver staff trainingRevise menus and ensure dietary compliance with facility standardsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in DieteticsRegistered with the Commission on Dietetic RegistrationLicensed by the Ohio Board of DieteticsMinimum 2 years' experience in geriatric careStrong knowledge of long-term care regulations and MDS processExcellent communication, computer, and decision-making skillsAbility to travel between facilities and perform inspectionsSupport wellness through nutrition—apply today and help us deliver exceptional care!
