Anesthesiology Opportunity Southern New HampshireBoard Requirements• ABA / AOBA• Board Certified required• Must be comfortable practicing independently overnightProgram Overview• Staffing Model: 4 MD / 3 CRNA• Medically directed model• 5 anesthetizing rooms• EMR: Medaxion• Regional anesthetic blocks & nerve blocks requiredClinical Volume• 2,400 annual cases• 7 cases per dayCase Mix• General surgery, ENT, GI/endoscopy, GYN, minor cardiac (pacer/cardioversion), orthopedics, podiatry, urology (no kidney transplants), vascular, regional anesthesia (spinals & blocks), healthy pediatrics (6 months+)• No open hearts• No neurosurgerySchedule & Call• 24-hour call shifts (7a 7a)• Weekend call: Friday 7a Monday 7a• Post-call day off provided• Day shifts available: 7a 3p• Pager call model (weekday & weekend)• No backup pager• On-call provider is the in-house MD• CRNAs do not carry call pagerCoverage Expectations• One weekend call per month• Approximately six 24-hour shifts per month• Possible additional weekday shifts
