The ideal candidate for the Head of School position at the company will have a background in educational leadership, with a focus on independent, public, therapeutic, or mission-aligned settings. Experience in schools serving neurodiverse learners or students with complex academic or social-emotional profiles is highly valued. The role requires a leader with emotional intelligence, steadiness, and relational depth, as well as strategic and operational acumen.
