The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the school, with a focus on financial stability, enrollment management, and the balance and alignment of the school's educational philosophy, which is rooted in the Four A's: Academics, Athletics, Arts, and Attitude. This role demands a visionary leader with a strong background in independent school leadership, a deep commitment to the values of the institution, and the ability to work closely with the Board of Trustees to ensure the school's continued growth and success. Key responsibilities for the Head of School include implementing the newly adopted Strategic Plan, addressing the challenges of student support and conduct, and fostering a culture of metacognition and character development. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a bachelor's degree, with an advanced degree preferred, and a proven track record in senior leadership, faculty management, curriculum design, fundraising, and strategic planning. They should be an empathic listener, a decisive decision-maker, and a visible, positive presence in the community.
