This role requires a leader with a strong record in academic leadership, experience in managing and developing adults, and the ability to work effectively within a defined governance structure. The Head of School will also be tasked with building a sense of community, providing pastoral leadership, and guiding the strategic direction of the institution, including enrollment and growth initiatives. Candidates for the Head of School position at the company should have a background in senior leadership within independent schools, with a preference for those who have experience in international education or diverse student populations. The role demands a leader with strong academic instincts, a people-centered leadership style, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a collaborative approach.
