The CFO will be the principal steward of the organization's financial strength and long-term sustainability, providing strategic financial leadership in support of the mission, growth, and operational excellence. This role is pivotal in ensuring the integrity, transparency, and strategic alignment of all financial operations, including financial planning and analysis, capital strategy, debt management, regulatory compliance, and enterprise risk management. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO, Senior Management Team, and Board of Directors to guide long-term planning, inform strategic decisions, and engage in clear, transparent financial dialogue with various stakeholders. Candidates for the CFO position at the company must be mission-driven and possess a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license, with a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred, along with a minimum of 5 years' of senior financial leadership experience and at least 7 years' in accounting or auditing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in GAAP and nonprofit accounting, as well as significant experience in a healthcare, skilled nursing, or CCRC environment. Key competencies include exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking, and a commitment to resident-centered service.
