Coverage Needed Start Date: ASAP End Date: Ongoing Schedule: 8 or 10-hour Day Shifts (7 AM - 3 PM or 7 AM - 5 PM); 8-hour shifts are in higher demand Orientation: Preferred the day before the first shift Clinical Details Trauma Level: 1 Specialties: General, Ortho, Urology, Dental, Plastics, Neurosurgery, Spine, Kidney Transplant, ENT, GI (Endo), EP Lab, MRI/LPs, Sedation, IR NICU and PICU: Very busy EMR: Epic Skills/Procedures: Caudal, Adductor Canal Block, Interscalene Block, Arterial Lines, ESP Support Staff: Usually CRNAs 1:1 or 2:1 (depending on acuity of cases); MDs will supervise CRNAs, SRNAs, and/or Anesthesia Residents Requirements Board Level: BC/BE Certifications: PALS, ACLS Active KY License
