E-commerce Operations Manager
电商运营经理(TikTok Shop - 美区)岗位职责负责 TikTok Shop(美区)的整体运营,对GMV、ROI及利润结果全面负责;制定选品策略与商品结构规划,打造核心爆品矩阵,推动业务规模化增长;搭建并优化达人合作体系(Affiliate/Creator),拓展优质达人资源,提升带货效率与放量能力;带领团队制定并执行投流策略(以ROAS为导向),持续优化投放模型,实现高效转化;建立数据监控体系(GMV、CTR、CVR、AOV等),通过数据分析持续优化运营策略;定期进行市场及竞品分析,输出可落地的增长策略并推进执行;负责团队管理与培养,拆解业务目标并推动落地,确保业绩达成。任职要求本科及以上学历,3年以上电商或内容电商运营经验,有美区经验优先;熟悉 TikTok 生态及内容电商玩法,有成功爆品或增长案例优先;具备较强结果导向意识,熟悉ROI/ROAS模型及投流逻辑;具备良好的数据分析能力,能够基于数据驱动业务决策;有团队管理经验,具备目标拆解及推进能力;执行力强,抗压能力强,适应快节奏业务环境。加分项有从0-1搭建TikTok Shop经验熟悉达人生态(Affiliate / Creator / MCN)有跨境电商或多品类操盘经验------------------------------------------------------------------------E-commerce Operations Manager (TikTok Shop - US)ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end operations of TikTok Shop (US), accountable for GMV, ROI, and profitabilityDefine product strategy and build a scalable portfolio of winning SKUsBuild and scale the creator/affiliate ecosystem to drive revenue growthLead paid media strategy (ROAS-driven) and continuously optimize performanceEstablish a data-driven operation framework (GMV, CTR, CVR, AOV) to improve decision-makingAnalyze market trends and competitors, and translate insights into actionable strategiesLead and develop the team, ensure execution excellence and target achievementQualificationsBachelor’s degree or above, 3+ years in e-commerce or content commerceStrong understanding of TikTok ecosystem with proven growth or winning product experienceResults-driven with solid knowledge of ROI/ROAS and paid media strategiesStrong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilityProven experience in team management and executionHigh ownership, strong execution, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentPreferredExperience building TikTok Shop from 0 to 1Familiar with creator/affiliate ecosystem (Creator / MCN / Affiliate)Cross-border e-commerce or multi-category experience
