This role requires a strong consulting mindset, exceptional communication, and the ability to manage large programs in a matrixed environment. The ideal candidate brings Big 4 or major consulting firm experience paired with robust program/project management skills, preferably within SaaS or commercial software environments.This contractor will be responsible for developing and maintaining program documentation, leading meetings, tracking deliverables, driving accountability, and ensuring alignment across multiple stakeholders. They will evaluate data, identify optimization opportunities, and support process automation while managing interactive and creative marketing‑related projects.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram & Project ManagementOwn and manage large programs with multiple sub‑projects and cross‑functional contributors.Build and maintain program plans, schedules, and documentation (agendas, minutes, status reports, metrics).Track progress against timelines; escalate risks and drive issue resolution.Ensure alignment with organizational processes, methodologies, policies, and project sponsor goals.Coordinate and traffic‑manage interactive/creative and marketing‑related deliverables.Stakeholder & Cross‑Functional LeadershipOperate effectively in a matrix environment, driving clarity and decisions across multiple teams.Facilitate requirement‑gathering sessions, workshops, and working meetings.Develop and deliver clear, executive‑ready communications and presentations.Collaborate closely with business partners, engineering, marketing, and product teams.Execution ExcellenceEvaluate program data, identify trends, and propose improvements or automation opportunities.Maintain detailed program artifacts, trackers, and status dashboards.Ensure project milestones are met and stakeholders remain informed and aligned.Apply industry‑standard program/project management best practices to all workflow stages.Must HavesConsulting experience from big 4 or major consulting firms, Project Management, Communication, Presentation, Requirements gathering, basic understanding of E2E compensation processTeachable skills: Compensation structure, E2E systemOptional skills: Salesforce/org62Equal Employment Opportunity StatementIntelliswift celebrates a diverse and inclusive workforce.
