*** Underwriting and Structured Finance/Capital Markets Associate – New York ***This is a top-tier capital markets and structured finance practice with a strong focus on complex, high-value and often market-leading transactions across public and private markets.This team advises companies, financial institutions, sponsors, funds and other sophisticated market participants on the full range of capital markets work, including IPOs, secondary offerings, debt issuances, liability management and securities offerings in the context of M&A. The group also has significant exposure to SEC reporting and disclosure, corporate governance, and broader public company advisory work, as well as strategic investments and acquisitions involving listed companies.Alongside this, the structured finance practice is recognized for its leadership in innovative and esoteric securitization. The team works on highly structured, often first-of-their-kind transactions across whole business securitization, media royalties and digital infrastructure assets, advising across Rule 144A and Section 4(a)(2) offerings as well as leveraged finance structures.For an Associate, this means early responsibility, direct exposure to sophisticated clients, and the opportunity to work on cutting-edge transactions that are shaping the market across both capital markets and structured finance.
