Commercial Moving Sales Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Moving Sales Consultant to lead sales growth and business development in Dallas, TX within the fast-paced commercial moving and relocation industry. This sales-focused role is responsible for generating new commercial moving business, managing client relationships, and delivering tailored moving solutions for office, corporate, and industrial relocations. Key Responsibilities:Conduct on-site commercial moving surveys to assess relocation requirements and client needsPrepare detailed commercial moving estimates, sales proposals, and relocation plansDevelop new commercial moving sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generationBuild and maintain strong relationships with commercial moving clients and corporate accountsManage commercial sales negotiations and secure profitable moving contractsHandle customer inquiries, issues, and escalations throughout the moving processMaintain accurate records of moving sales activities, proposals, contracts, and client interactionsTrack commercial sales performance, pipeline activity, and revenue generation metricsStay informed on commercial moving industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunitiesCollaborate with internal moving, operations, and customer service teams to improve service deliveryKey Skills & Experience:Proven commercial moving sales experience within the moving and relocation industryStrong business development and commercial sales management skillsExperience preparing commercial moving estimates and relocation proposalsExcellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilitiesAbility to manage multiple commercial moving accounts and relocation projects simultaneouslyProficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales management toolsValid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for commercial moving client meetings and site surveys
