Overview Of RoleThe Logistics Coordinator (Journeyman) coordinates procurement, delivery, inventory management, and logistics support for network equipment and materials across a multi-site Department of Defense network modernization program. Key responsibilities include managing equipment procurement and delivery scheduling, maintaining inventory of network equipment and spare parts, overseeing shipping and receiving operations, and tracking equipment accountability. The role also involves coordinating equipment staging and kitting at base sites, aligning delivery schedules with installation plans, managing compliance for hazardous material handling, organizing the return and disposal of legacy equipment, and providing logistics status reporting to program management.Roles And ResponsibilitiesCoordinates procurement, delivery, inventory management, and logistics support for network equipment and materials across a multi-site DoD network modernization program.
