Customer Service & Logistics Supervisor
Seeking a Customer Service & Logistics Manager to oversee customer order fulfillment, inventory management, and supply chain operations. This role leads a team to ensure efficient delivery of products and services, while optimizing logistics and inventory processes for a superior customer experience.Responsibilities:Oversee the complete customer order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery from order receipt to final shipment.Lead inventory planning, forecasting, and management to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize shortages.Coordinate with internal teams to align supply and demand, supporting seamless operations across departments.Develop and implement logistics strategies to enhance transportation, warehousing, and distribution efficiency.Analyze operational data and customer metrics to identify and drive process improvements.Manage and develop a team of customer service, logistics, and warehouse professionals to achieve performance goals.Act as the primary contact for customers regarding order status, delivery, and logistics inquiries.Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies while identifying technology solutions to improve operations.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years of experience in customer operations, logistics, or supply chain management.Proficiency with logistics and inventory management software, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.Ability to travel up to 5% within North America.Demonstrated ability to support individual and team development, manage complexity and ambiguity, and drive team efficiency.Strong change management skills and ability to maintain professionalism in all circumstances.
