Application Support Analyst
We are looking for a proactive and detailoriented Application Support Analyst to support missioncritical enterprise applications. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in production environments, enjoy problemsolving, and can effectively handle highseverity incidents.Role & ResponsibilitiesProvide L2/L3 application support for production systems.Perform SQL and PL/SQL analysis to identify and resolve application and data issues.Debug applications using log analysis and production support tools.Support and monitor system integrations, APIs, and endtoend data flows.Work with ticketing tools (JIRA) to track incidents, problems, and service requests.Participate in highseverity incident management, ensuring timely communication and resolution.Collaborate closely with development, infrastructure, database, and business teams.Contribute to rootcause analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement initiatives.Technical Skills RequiredStrong handson experience with SQL and PL/SQLBasic scripting or programming knowledge (Shell or Java added advantage)Experience with debugging, log analysis, and production supportUnderstanding of system integrations, APIs, and data flowsFamiliarity with JIRA or similar ticketing toolsSoft SkillsExcellent communication skills, especially during highseverity / Sev1 incidentsStrong analytical and problemsolving mindsetAbility to work effectively under pressure in missioncritical environmentsCollaborative team player with strong stakeholder management skillsNice to HaveBachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldExperience supporting utility or energy sector clientsExposure to monitoring tools, automation, and cloud platforms
