This hands-on role focuses on operating and maintaining evaporation systems that support environmental compliance, resource recovery, and uninterrupted production in a fast-paced industrial environment.Ready to Make an ImpactIf you are safety-focused, dependable, and interested in supporting sustainability and environmental operations, this role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to responsible resource recovery and operational excellence.What You Will Do• Operate evaporation equipment to remove water from process sludge and wastewater• Chisel, descale, and maintain evaporation systems to ensure reliable operation• Pump and transfer solutions safely and efficiently• Perform inspections, record weights, and maintain accurate logs and documentation• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas• Lift, move, and handle materials up to 50 pounds while following all safety proceduresWhat You Bring• High school diploma or GED required• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions and safety procedures• Comfort working on your feet in a production environment• Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented• Reliable transportation required due to limited public transportation accessSchedule & Benefits• 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday, onsite at Fairless Hills• Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits• 401k with company match• Paid holidays, vacation, sick time, personal holiday, and community days• Stable, mission-driven organizationCompliance Requirements• Must meet ITAR and NAID eligibility requirements• Ability to pass background screening and pre-employment drug testing
