Batch Personnel Job Category: Logistics Requisition Number: DISPA001163 Location: Sparks, NV 89431, USA Description Starting Wages $25.50 - Rate Increases Depending on Experience $1000.00 Sign on Bonus $500.00 ReferralPhysical Requirements:Perform all duties in a safe and consistent manner. Capable of pushing or pulling up to 100 lbs and lifting up to 50 lbs Capable of shoveling, using a wheelbarrow and hosing down pads Capable of using hand tools such as (but not limited to) hammers, mallets, wrenches, grease guns, etc. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment, check and fill fluids as required Ability to perform and/or assist with basic maintenance of trucks, plants and equipment Keep a clean and tidy work station, plants and equipment Perform varying tasks associated with mixer trucks, equipment, batch plants and concrete Work in changing seasonal environment-working hours based on seasonal demand Daily completion of applicable paperwork such as:Delivery Tickets, Driver's Start Times, Air and Slump Tests, Vehicle Inspection Report, etc. Driving:Interstate, state and county highways, city streets, dirt roads and mine sites Operate company pick-up truck in a safe and lawful manner Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, haul trucks and excavators.
