Manufacturing EngineerWe are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to support CNC programming and machining operations within a precision medical or aerospace manufacturing environment. This role focuses on developing efficient manufacturing methods, improving processes, and supporting high‐quality production.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and document manufacturing methods, tooling selections, and machining processes.Identify and resolve production issues while driving continuous improvement.Work with supervisors and CNC programmers to optimize setups and reduce cycle times.Evaluate current processes to understand efficiency challenges and non‐conformances.Create operation sheets, drawings, travelers, and provide CAD support for CAM programming.Interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and inspection requirements using strong GD&T knowledge.Apply process engineering principles such as tolerance stack‐ups, datum controls, and work‐piece control.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and perform additional duties as needed.Qualifications5+ years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering within a precision machining environment.Strong knowledge of metalworking, machining, and plating processes.Proficient in GD&T and mechanical drawing interpretation.Experience collaborating with CNC programmers and machinists.Proficient with CAD tools and familiar with CAM workflows.Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‐paced environment.Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
