Food Service Director

We are seeking a Food Service Director to lead and oversee daily food service operations. Key Responsibilities:Lead, coach, and develop a team of food service professionalsOversee daily operations, including production, service, and sanitationEnsure compliance with food safety, health, and regulatory requirementsManage scheduling, labor costs, and operational budgetsMaintain inventory, ordering, and vendor relationshipsPromote a customer-focused service culture and continuous improvementRepresent operations in the community and with key stakeholdersQualifications:Prior experience in commercial food service or large-scale food operationsAssociate degree in food and nutrition, culinary arts, business, or related field preferredServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain)Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Valid driver’s license
