To find out more about our company please visit our website https://mcdonaldsmo.com.About the RoleAs a Multi-Unit Area Supervisor, you will lead and support the operations of four McDonald's restaurants in the Marionville, MO area. Reporting directly to the Owner/Operator, you'll coach General Managers, develop high-performing teams, and ensure consistent restaurant performance that aligns with McDonald's standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. This role plays a key part in driving sales, operational excellence, and long-term team development. Responsibilities include overseeing compliance with health regulations, launching new initiatives, conducting monthly operational reviews, auditing cash and security processes, and guiding performance evaluations across all management levels.Key ResponsibilitiesLead restaurant teams to achieve operational goals, including sales growth, labor control, food cost, and profit marginsMonitor performance reports and implement strategic action plansRecruit, train, and develop strong management teams at each locationEnsure top-tier customer satisfaction and brand consistencyMaintain compliance with McDonald's systems, policies, and safety standardsTravel regularly between locations to provide hands-on support and coachingOversee staff performance reviews and professional development plansPromote a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for all employees and guestsQualificationsMinimum 5 years of progressive restaurant management experienceMulti-unit supervision experience strongly preferredMcDonald's experience highly valuedHamburger University graduate is a plusHigh school diploma required; college degree preferredServSafe Certification (preferred)Valid driver's license and reliable transportationStrong leadership, organizational, and time management skillsOpen availability, including weekends and various shiftsProficient with restaurant technologies and operational systemsFriendly, professional, and approachable demeanorCompensation & BenefitsThis position offers a competitive salary range of $50,000-$65,000, plus a performance-based bonus program.
