As a WEST Float RN, you'll:Use the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide evidence-based, individualized care.Manage complex clinical situations with confidence and critical thinking.Administer medications safely and accurately, always adhering to sterile techniques.Partner with patients and families to educate, advocate, and empower.Collaborate with diverse teams to deliver consistent, high-quality care across the system.?
