The firm operates at scale across residential, mixed-use, infrastructure, and commercial sectors throughout the U.S.Why This Opportunity Stands Out:Work with one of the most financially stable and well-respected builders in the U.S., delivering major affordable housing and mixed-use developmentsStrong pipeline of ground-up affordable housing projects across NYC boroughsOpportunity to oversee complex multi-phase developments from preconstruction through completionIndustry-leading focus on safety, quality, sustainability, and operational excellenceHigh visibility role with clear progression into senior operational leadershipCollaborative, team-oriented culture focused on long-term partnerships and project successRole Responsibilities:As a Project Executive, you will oversee the successful delivery of complex affordable housing developments while managing project teams, client relationships, and overall project performance.Lead multiple ground-up affordable housing projects from preconstruction through closeoutProvide executive oversight of project operations, budgets, schedules, and risk managementManage and mentor Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams across multiple developmentsOversee procurement strategies, subcontractor negotiations, and contract administrationEnsure projects are delivered in compliance with NYC DOB regulations, affordable housing requirements, and agency standardsDrive project scheduling, cost control, and quality assurance initiativesMaintain strong relationships with developers, ownership groups, city agencies, consultants, and stakeholdersCoordinate closely with estimating, preconstruction, and operations teams to ensure successful project executionQualifications:10–15+ years of construction management experience within NYC constructionProven track record delivering ground-up affordable housing, multifamily, or mixed-use residential projectsExperience managing large-scale developmentsStrong understanding of NYC DOB processes, permitting, and regulatory complianceKnowledge of affordable housing programs, public agency coordination, and union construction preferredStrong leadership and team management capabilities with experience overseeing multiple project teamsExcellent client-facing communication and relationship management skillsExperience with construction management software and modern project delivery technologyCompensation & Benefits:Competitive base salary and bonus Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage401(k) with company matchGenerous PTO and paid holidaysLong-term career stability with a strong project pipelineLeadership development and advancement opportunities within a nationally recognised organisation
