Software Engineer

Senior Developer PositionNeed more tenured folks on team - Team is currently very junior, lost some leads to other divisions - Looking for 3+ YOE with MS or 5+ YOE with BS - Would be hands on coding, but then transition into more 50/50 hands on/team leadership - Not critical to have DoD background though it's always a plus - More so the soft skills and someone ready to take initiative and leadTech:Desktop developmentC# ideally but Java/C++ would be fineMost of their apps are C#Some C++ components, some projects are web based Java/JavascriptProjects:Working with systems branches - take system off of aircraft and put into lab environment, then write the software that interacts with that hardwareData processing, creating tools to ingest data and pull out important piecesWriting emulators and simulators so they can test hardwareLocation: Smyrna/Cobb County - 3 days on site, 2 remote (flex on which days of the week those are)Required Skills: ExcelBasic Qualification: This is a contract to hire role, and the client does not provide any form of visa sponsorship.
