Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process._**How you'll make an impact in this role**+ **Plan Execution & Oversight:** Actively implementing and adjusting care plans while keeping a constant pulse on the patient's status.+ **Clinical Communication:** Translating physician and nursing orders into action and documenting outcomes for the rest of the medical team.+ **Interdisciplinary Liaison:** Serving as the primary point of contact between different medical disciplines to prevent "silos" in treatment.+ **Resource Coordination:** Assessing the patient's evolving needs and pulling in the necessary healthcare team members to meet them.**What minimum requirements you'll need****Licensure / Certification / Registration:****Required Credential(s):**+ Advanced Life Support obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.+ BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
