Enrollment and Marketing Specialist

St. Rose School seeks a creative and mission-driven Enrollment & Marketing Specialist to lead communications, increase visibility, and support enrollment growth. This role tells the story of St. Rose with clarity and warmth, helping welcome new families and strengthen engagement across our school and parish community.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESMarketing Strategy and BrandingDevelop and execute an annual marketing plan aligned with the school's mission and brandMaintain consistent messaging and visual identity across all channelsCreate and manage promotional materials (flyers, ads, landing pages, presentations)Oversee website and social media presence; plan content, capture photos/videos, and grow engagementCollaborate with leadership to set communication priorities and promote a strong St. Rose School identityEnrollment Marketing and Admissions SupportPartner with the principal and admissions team to generate inquiries and nurture connectionsSupport tours, open houses, shadow days, and onboarding touchpointsMaintain prospect database and track leads, retention, and engagementCoordinate communications and create materials to support enrollment growthCollaboration, Advancement, and Community LifeCollaborate with staff to align marketing, admissions, and school culture initiativesRecruit and direct volunteers to support events and campaignsPromote school events, fundraisers, and community activities; acknowledge sponsors and partnersLead special projects to enhance the campus, including signage and beautificationDevelop and maintain campus-wide identity guidelinesEnsure a welcoming, professional experience for prospective familiesQUALIFICATIONSStrong alignment with the mission of Catholic educationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience with content creation, social media management, and marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Workspace)Highly organized with strong follow-through and ability to manage multiple projectsAbility to work occasional evenings/weekends for eventsPREFERRED2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or admissions (school, nonprofit, or parish setting preferred)Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experienceFamiliarity with enrollment systems, CRMs, and parish/school environmentsDETAILSFull-time, 12-month positionCompensation commensurate with experience; includes Archdiocesan benefitsTO APPLYPlease send a resume, cover letter (including interest in Catholic education), and 2–3 work samples to Anna Raineri, Principal, at araineri@strosepdx.org.J-18808-Ljbffr
