You will have spent at least three years managing complex, high-profile programs and working alongside senior executives on business-critical initiatives involving emerging technologies and innovation.Now, we want someone who is ready to take ownership, not just advise.This role offers the chance to lead major strategic technology initiatives from concept through execution, working closely with leadership teams while seeing the direct end-user and business impact of your work.What You’ll Be DoingLeading large-scale strategic technology programs Partnering directly with executive leadership to shape strategic direction and technology priorities.Taking ownership of complex programs from strategy through delivery not simply advising, but delivering outcomes.Building governance, delivery frameworks, and stakeholder engagement models that enable successful execution.Identifying opportunities to leverage emerging technologies to create competitive advantage.Influencing senior stakeholders through strategic insight, structured thinking, and strong communication.What We’re Looking ForMinimum 6+ years’ experience managing technology programs.Time served in a management or technology consultancy.Strong engineering, STEM, or technical background.Proven experience leading complex strategic programs or cutting-edge technology initiatives.Exposure to emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, automation, cloud platforms, or advanced analytics.Exceptional stakeholder management and leadership capability.Someone who enjoys solving complex problems but also wants to see the real-world impact of their work.
