Technical Program Manager

This role suits an experienced cloud and delivery leader who thrives in operational excellence, technical governance, and supporting large-scale customer programs.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the technical authority for the POD, ensuring delivery quality across Azure, Security, AI, and Modern Work.Run delivery governance reviews and validate technical best practices.Maintain Rhythm of Business cadences, including POD syncs and quarterly business reviews.Track key KPIs and drive operational improvements.Govern full delivery lifecycle—from kickoff to closeout—ensuring documentation and SLA compliance.Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across PODs.Provide feedback to improve delivery assets, processes, and automation.Key RequirementsFluent French & English (written and spoken)10+ years in IT consulting, cloud architecture, or technical delivery leadership.Strong expertise across Microsoft Cloud (Azure, M365, Security).Solid background in program/project governance and reporting.Experience leading distributed teams and coordinating cross-functional delivery.Understanding of ITIL, DevOps, SLAs, KPIs, and operational processes.Excellent communication and documentation skills.If you’re a delivery-focused Technical Program Manager passionate about operational excellence and Microsoft Cloud — apply now.
