Amaris is your steppingstone to cross rivers of change, meet challenges and achieve all your projects with success.Job Description:We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a complex international Finance Transformation initiative within a global healthcare organization.The role requires a strong delivery leader capable of managing a highly complex multi-party environment involving several SAP platforms, external partners, and cross-functional international teams. The successful candidate will drive governance, alignment, risk arbitration, and execution across all stakeholders while ensuring adherence to internal project, integration, and SAP methodologies.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the delivery of a strategic Finance Transformation program in a complex enterprise environment.Coordinate multiple stakeholders including SAP teams, SaaS providers, System Integrators, and internal business/IT teams.Drive governance, planning, execution, dependency management, and project reporting.Ensure alignment across multiple SAP platforms and interconnected workstreams.Facilitate decision-making and arbitrate risks/issues across technical and business teams.Prepare executive governance meetings and communicate project status to senior stakeholders.Ensure project delivery follows established project management, integration, and SAP governance methodologies.Prioritize activities and resources based on business impact and delivery urgency.Required Skills & Experience10–15+ years of experience managing large-scale international IT transformation programs.Proven experience managing complex multi-party and multi-workstream environments.Strong Project/Program Management and governance capabilities.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience coordinating enterprise SAP ecosystems and cross-platform integrations.Strong ability to manage risks, dependencies, escalations, and delivery alignment.Strategic mindset with the ability to understand business and technical impacts.Experience working with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.Key DifferentiatorGood understanding of SAP technologies and SAP integration landscapes is highly valued to effectively arbitrate risks, issues, and delivery decisions across teams.Nice to HaveExperience in Finance Transformation programs.Change management experience.Previous experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical environments.Experience working in global matrix organizations.Additional InformationFreelance / Contract opportunityFull remoteCET working hours preferredInternational environmentLong-term programImmediate start preferred🚀 WHY US? 🚀Join our dynamic team of talented individuals and experience a world of growth and opportunities.
