Our marketing department is the engine behind all advisor prospecting, and we are looking for a Marketing Admin to play a critical support role in keeping our fulfillment operations and day-to-day office functions running at a high level.Responsibilities/Tasks• Manage fulfillment operations including coordinating internal letters and maintaining the relationship with our mail house vendor to ensure accurate and timely delivery• Track and manage inventory of educational pieces offered through campaigns, ensuring stock levels are maintained and replenished proactively• Monitor inventory levels of print collateral and office supplies, placing orders and replenishing satellite offices as needed • Travel to satellite offices in CT for supply runs and restocking as needed• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls in a professional, warm, and brand-consistent manner• Perform accurate data entry following events and workshops, capturing attendee and lead information in a timely manner• Provide general administrative support to the marketing department as needed, adapting to shifting priorities with a positive, team-first attitudeMinimum Requirements• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through• Excellent verbal and written communication skills - comfortable making phone calls and representing the Johnson Brunetti brand with professionalism and warmth• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-moving environment• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with CRM or data entry systems (Salesforce) a plus• Experience in a marketing or administrative support role preferred• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience consideredEmployment Type: Full-time
