DescriptionPosition at CuisinartDirector of Paid Media, Social & Influencer MarketingPosition Summary:Drive Growth Through Modern, Social-first Media LeadershipWe are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Director of Paid Media, Social & Influencer Marketing to lead Cuisinart's full-funnel media ecosystem.This role sits at the intersection of brand building and performance marketing, responsible for accelerating growth by transforming how we connect with consumers across paid and owned channels. You will define and execute a modern, data-driven, social-first media strategy that fuels demand, strengthens brand equity, and maximizes marketing ROI across an increasingly complex consumer and retail landscape.This is a high-impact leadership role for a marketer who combines strategic vision, analytical rigor, media expertise and creative instinct-and thrives on building both brands and business results. The role partners cross-functionally with brand, creative, product, trade and retail media, and builds high-performing internal teams by fostering a culture of experimentation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Growth & Media StrategyDefine and lead Cuisinart's integrated, full-funnel media strategy to drive consumer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growthTranslate business objectives into clear, actionable media plans that balance brand building and performance outcomes, with emphasis on a social-first approachIdentify new growth opportunities across platforms, formats, and emerging technologies (including AI-driven targeting and personalization)Campaign & Channel LeadershipOversee cross-channel campaign strategy, activation, and optimization across paid digital, social, programmatic, search, and emerging mediaEnsure campaigns are powered by audience insights, real-time performance data, and rigorous testing frameworksContinuously improve media effectiveness, driving gains in efficiency, conversion, and scaleSocial and Influencer EcosystemLead a cohesive social and influencer strategy spanning organic content, creator partnerships, and paid amplificationShape Cuisinart's voice and presence across platforms, building brand affinity, cultural relevance, and community engagementGuide agencies and internal teams in developing breakthrough content that connects creatively and performs commerciallyCross Functional Leadership & Agency / Budget ManagementBuild, lead, and inspire a high-performing team of digital marketers, elevating capabilities across media, social, and analyticsPartner cross-functionally (Brand, Creative, Trade, eCommerce, Retail Media) to deliver integrated, consumer-first marketing programs.
