Position SummaryThe Director of Marketing for Chelsea Piers Connecticut is responsible for driving top-line revenue growth through the execution of a unified, strategic marketing approach across all business lines. This role leads day to day marketing strategy and execution across fitness, sports, camps, events, memberships, and partnerships, ensuring alignment with sales goals, business priorities, and overall performance targets.This individual serves as the central point of accountability for all marketing in Connecticut and is responsible for marketing performance and results across the business. They own local marketing execution while working in close alignment with Sales, Sports, and Finance leadership. The Director of Marketing partners with Chelsea Piers New York to align on brand and broader initiatives, while ensuring the Connecticut business has the focus, speed, and support needed to drive results.
