ControllerGrowing, private equity-backed organization in the Cumberland/Galleria area is seeking a Controller to join its leadership team. This role offers significant exposure to both accounting and finance, including operational analysis, KPI reporting, forecasting, strategic planning, and acquisition-related initiatives.Responsibilities:• Lead month-end close and financial reporting processes• Oversee general accounting, internal controls, and compliance activities• Partner with executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis• Develop financial models and performance reporting for management and investors• Support M&A activity, integration efforts, and acquisition analysis• Drive process improvements and help scale the finance function during a period of growthRequirements:• CPA or CPA candidate with portions of the exam completed• Big 4 or other top public accounting audit experience required• Progressive accounting and finance leadership experience• Strong understanding of financial reporting, controls, and business analysis• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environmentCompensation:• Base salary up to $150,000• Bonus opportunity• Full benefits packageLocation:• Cumberland/Galleria area• In-office five days per week
