Fireside Strategic's mission is to enhance the long-term success of mental health practices.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) for a multi-location behavioral healthcare business headquartered in the Northeast. To apply for this role, you must have experience growing one or more established, multisite healthcare businesses. This one is growing at 25-30% per year, with strong margins, and ambitious multi-state long-term plans for the future. Its clinical leadership is first-rate. This is a people business, so we want someone who can marry operational efficiency with interpersonal skills and respect for the humanity of the clinicians. You'll be rolling up your sleeves as this is a relatively less hierarchical culture.
