Altus is seeking a Remote Legal Forwarder as we continue to grow our team!Job Responsibilities:Forwarding claims to attorneys across the country for review and legal recommendationManaging claims in various states that have been suedActing as a liaison between the attorneys and our clientsNegotiating settlementsManagement of bankruptcy cases from filing the Proof of ClaimsCreate a sense of urgency on non-paying debtorsWork closely with Client Support Representative to resolve disputesMeet/exceed monthly phone, activity & fee quota'sJob Requirements:Attention to detail and accuracyAbility to multi-taskAptitude for technologySkilled in NegotiationsArticulate communication skills both verbally and in writingTime management and interpersonal skillsRemote positionCompensation and Benefits:$13 per hour PLUS commission and bonuses (average commission ranges $2k-$3k monthly)Benefits package with health, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage options401(k) retirement plan option with company matchingGenerous paid time off policy - start with 18 days per yearPaid holidays immediately upon hire - 7 standard holidays & 2 floating holidays of your choiceWe look forward to you joining our team!We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
