Experienced and Detailed Housekeeper Needed Part-Time for Private Residence in the Berkshires, MA!A private family in Richmond, MA is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Housekeeper to support the upkeep of their estate. This part-time, year-round role will focus on maintaining the main house and guest cottages. The household places a high value on discretion, professionalism, and consistency, and is looking for someone who takes pride in maintaining a beautifully run home environment.Daily responsibilities include routine cleaning throughout the home, such as dusting, vacuuming, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, making beds, changing linens, and keeping living spaces tidy and organized. The homes contain high-value artwork and décor, so comfort working around fine furnishings and valuables with great care and attention is essential.Their ideal candidate will be reliable, discreet, professional and independent and also able to work collaboratively with other household staff as needed while maintaining a calm and positive demeanor. The family is looking for a long term commitment!Requirements: - 5 years of professional housekeeping experience in private homes - Clean background check - High level of discretion and respect for privacy - Experience working in homes with high-end furnishings, artwork, and décor - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standardsLocation: Richmond, MA, 01254 Start: Flexible to start between now and Mid-May Schedule: 3-4 days per week (30-32 hours). Additional hours available between end of May-September, if preferred. Compensation: $40-50 per hour (depending on experience), taxes withheld, guaranteed hours, 2 weeks’ paid vacation, paid sick days, paid holidays, retirement contribution and a health stipend Pets: None Driving/Parking: Must have a reliable vehicle to get to and from the home.
