Sr Systems Engineer

Join our aerospace engineering team and play a key role in advancing our Digital Thread strategy. We're looking for an experienced IBM ELM Architect to design, integrate, and optimize the IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM) ecosystem, ensuring end-to-end traceability across requirements, systems engineering, software, hardware, and manufacturing. What You'll Do Lead the administration and architecture of the IBM ELM Suite (DOORS Next, EWM, ETM, Rhapsody, GCM, and JTS). Build and maintain integrations between IBM ELM and enterprise platforms such as Teamcenter, Windchill, 3DEXPERIENCE, ERP, CAD, and MES systems. Drive Digital Thread initiatives to create seamless data connectivity and a single source of truth across the product lifecycle. Support compliance with aerospace standards including ARP4754A/B, DO-178C, and DO-254. Develop automation, reporting, and workflow solutions using OSLC, REST APIs, Python, and JavaScript. What We're Looking For ✅ 8+ years of experience with IBM ELM/Jazz technologies ✅ Strong expertise in DOORS Next, EWM, ETM, and systems engineering tools ✅ Experience integrating ELM with PLM platforms such as Teamcenter, Windchill, or 3DEXPERIENCE ✅ Background in MBSE, Requirements-Based Engineering (RBE), and Digital Thread initiatives ✅ Aerospace or other highly regulated industry experience preferred This is an opportunity to shape the future of digital engineering and safety-critical aerospace development while working at the intersection of systems engineering, compliance, and enterprise integration.
