Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Senior Paid Search and AI Discovery Manager. The right candidate is responsible for the strategy, execution, and performance of paid search programs across existing and emerging search platforms. This role oversees large-scale, multi-market campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives, effective demand capture, and consistent performance across national and division-level initiatives.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Develop and implement paid search strategies across national and division-level campaigns to support lead generation, sales, and market growth objectivesDesign and maintain scalable campaign structures to support multi-market operations while ensuring performance visibility and governanceOversee campaign execution and optimization, including keyword strategy, bidding frameworks, audience targeting, ad copy, and landing page alignmentImplement and manage automation strategies, including Smart Bidding and platform tools, while maintaining performance controlsDirect performance analysis and testing strategies, including A/B testing across keywords, ads, bidding strategies, and landing pagesEstablish and maintain performance measurement frameworks, including tracking, attribution alignment, and funnel-based reportingIdentify performance gaps across markets, diagnose root causes, and implement corrective action plans to improve resultsLead and manage agency relationships and/or internal resources, ensuring accountability for execution quality and performance outcomesCollaborate with marketing, analytics, web, and CRM teams to align paid search with broader demand generation strategiesMaintain documentation of campaign structures, optimization standards, and reporting methodologiesConduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the companyQualificationsEducation and/or ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field7–10+ years of paid search experience in enterprise or multi-market environmentsExperience managing large-scale campaigns, budgets, and agency or team performanceAbility to translate performance data into actionable strategies and business recommendationsAdvanced knowledge of paid search platforms, campaign optimization strategies, and attribution methodologiesDemonstrated leadership in managing campaigns, resources, and external partnersAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form or via DRH applicationsAbility to sit for majority of 8-hour workday; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.
