Senior Paid Search Manager📍 Location: On-site - Arlington, TXWe’re looking for a Senior Paid Search Manager to lead strategy, execution, and performance of paid search programs across both established and emerging platforms. This role will own the full lifecycle of paid search campaigns — from planning and optimization through reporting and innovation — and play a key role in driving measurable growth.What You’ll DoOwn the end-to-end paid search strategy across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and emerging search channelsLead campaign execution and optimization, including keyword strategy, bidding, audience targeting, and ad copy testingAnalyze performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for continuous improvementDrive ROAS, CPA, and conversion improvements through data-driven decision-makingPartner cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, and creative teams to align campaigns with broader business goalsTest and implement new platforms, tools, and automation strategies to stay ahead of evolving search trendsDeliver clear, actionable reporting and performance insights to stakeholders and leadershipWhat We’re Looking For8+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns in an enterprise environmentStrong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Looker, or similar platformsProven track record of improving campaign performance and scaling paid search programsExperience testing emerging search platforms or new ad formatsAbility to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendationsStrong communication skills and a collaborative, proactive approachInnovation starts with people.®Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
