We are currently searching for one full-time Multi-Site Residential Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead and mentor on-site maintenance teams, implement strategic initiatives, and maintain compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Earn company stock at no cost to you.401(k) with employer match.Medical/Dental/Vision insurances.Short-Term and Long-Term Disability options (some company paid!).Generous PTO.Paid Holidays.Employee bonus referral program.Advancement opportunities.Company provided uniforms.Work Boot Allowance.On Call and Snow bonus available.Roles and Responsibilities:Supervise Maintenance Team: Lead, train, and schedule maintenance staff to ensure efficient operations.Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems.Work Order Management: Assign, track, and complete resident service requests in a timely manner.Vendor Coordination: Source, schedule, and oversee third-party contractors for specialized repairs and services.Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to OSHA standards and company safety protocols; maintain a safe work environment.Budget Management: Assist in preparing and managing maintenance budgets; control costs for supplies and repairs.Inventory Control: Maintain adequate stock of tools, equipment, and supplies; track usage and reorder as needed.Emergency Response: Respond promptly to after-hours emergencies and coordinate necessary repairs when on call.Property Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify and resolve issues proactively.Documentation: Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and compliance reports.Resident Interaction: Communicate professionally with residents regarding maintenance concerns and timelines.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.Capital Projects Support: Assist with planning and execution of major renovations or upgrades.Salt & snow removal duties.Prior residential maintenance experience is required.Working cell phone.Excellent customer service and sales skills.Valid PA Drivers License and reliable, insured transportation.High School Diploma/GED.PI6302a883df03-31181-40005079
