Job Title: Director of MaintenanceLocation: Dallas, TXSalary: $150,000 - $175,000About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Director of Maintenance to lead and oversee maintenance operations across multiple manufacturing plants. This role is key to ensuring equipment reliability, production efficiency, and a culture of safety and continuous improvement.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Lead and manage maintenance teams across multiple sitesDevelop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programsDrive a company-wide Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) cultureOversee budgets, projects, and resource allocationCollaborate with production, engineering, and safety teamsMonitor equipment performance and implement improvementsEnsure compliance with safety and regulatory standardsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (or related field)10+ years in maintenance management, with 5+ years in a leadership roleExperience in heavy manufacturing or steel fabrication environmentsProven knowledge of TPM, preventive/predictive maintenance, and machinery repairStrong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skillsFamiliarity with maintenance software/CMMS and industrial safety standardsAbility to travel and be on-call for emergency repairsApply NowSend your resume to or apply directly through this advertisement.
