Administrative Assistant Wealth Solutions Partners | Fort Lauderdale, FL (Onsite) About Us Wealth Solutions Partners is a boutique financial services firm based in South Florida, dedicated to providing unparalleled, personal service to high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and athletes.A high number of candidates may make applications for this position, so make sure to send your CV and application through as soon as possible.With over 75 years of collective experience, we pride ourselves on building lifelong relationships rooted in trust, integrity, and proactive solutions.Our mission is to help our clients organize their financial lives and achieve long-term clarity and confidence.The Role We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Fort Lauderdale team.In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, providing critical support to our wealth advisors and ensuring our clients receive the "concierge-level" service they expect.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the computer savvy to handle complex documents and spreadsheets with ease.Key Responsibilities Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive support, including the preparation of detailed spreadsheets, client documents, and professional presentations.Correspondence Management: Screen and prioritize all incoming correspondence (emails, mail, etc.) to ensure timely responses from the leadership team.Sales & Client Proposals: Assist in the preparation of high-stakes sales proposals and client-facing presentations.Office Operations: Manage office files, scan documents, answer phones with professional etiquette, and assist with general office projects as assigned.Project Coordination: Work independently to meet demanding deadlines for various firm-wide initiatives and client-related tasks.Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook .Communication: Exceptional phone manners and experience handling multiple incoming calls with a service-first attitude.Organization: Strong organizational skills and a "detail-oriented" mindset to manage complex files and schedules.Work Ethic: A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently in a boutique environment.Experience: Previous experience in administrative support, preferably within the financial services or professional services industry.Why Join Our Team?
