This role exists to partner with the Blankenbaker Men's ministry staff and volunteer leaders in unleashing the full force of the men of our church to love people one at a time.What We're Looking For:A highly relational leader who can inspire men to take spiritual ownership of their lives.A disciple-maker committed to raising up other disciple-makers.A visionary strategist with the ability to build strong volunteer teams and systems that multiply the ministry's reach and impact.A humble, spiritually mature servant who models faithfulness in everyday life.What You'll Be Doing:Drive the overall discipleship strategy for Men's Ministry through groups, events, and mentoring relationships.Recruit, equip, and develop volunteer leaders to shepherd other men in alignment with Southeast's mission and vision.Oversee and expand key environments, including:Man Challenge & Saturday Morning Men's Bible Study - weekly spaces for men to study God's Word in life on life community.Discipleship Pathways - intentional steps and deeper tracks to help men become disciple-makers.Special Events & Retreats - on-campus and off-site catalytic gatherings that spark connection and growth.Our Requirements:A strong work ethic, collaborative spirit, and a passion for developing people.Engaged member of Southeast Christian Church, or willing to become one.Exemplifies our seven staff values: Honor, Care, Accountability, Grit, Authenticity, Humility, and Fun.Leads by example fulfilling the staff expectations of groups, inviting, serving, worship and giving.Agree with the *Statement of Faith, submit to the leadership established by the church, and lives out our church Mantras in tangible ways. https://www.southeastchristian.org/who-we-are#mantrasPlease read our Statement of Faith that is attached below.
