Role- Product owner & Control ManagementExperience Range: 10+ yearsLocation: Phoenix ,AZMode : Contractual Position (Extendable)Job Description:Product Owner is expected to work closely with Business Process Owners and other stakeholder to deliver automation solutions for manual processes. Product owner should have 10 + years Experience* Agile technology, Rally features and user stories management* Gathering business requirements, sharing requirements with Technology counterparts, supporting Tech build, performing UAT and ensuring successful rollout* Experience with Automation tools – Blue Prism, Data Watch, SQL queries, Power Automate, Power App. Knowledge of CoPilot will be a plus* Create process flows and PowerPoint decks for stakeholders* Financial services industryControls Management 4+ years of controls management experience. Specifically experience in -* Risk remediation activities including Risk, Compliance, and/or Internal Controls experience* Enterprise, Strategic, or Operational Risk role experience as part of first line or second line. Audit experience would be a plus* Creation of controls to mitigate risks and corresponding test procedures* Testing of controls
