Lead Wellness Coordinator

"Bring connection, wellness, and purpose to the lives of our senior community every single day!"Chicanos Por La Causa provides a comprehensive senior housing and meal program, including a center‐based program that offers advocacy and case management services. Along with assisting its residents though supportive services, the CPLC Senior Services program also provides its clients with a “Meals on Wheels” program as well a Senior Center Based Meal Program.HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT IN THIS ROLE?You will play a key role in delivering engaging programs, activities, and wellness services to the aging population. In this role, you will help older adults stay active, socially connected, and motivated to achieve their health and wellness goals.You will work directly with clients to identify their needs, help them overcome challenges, and develop programs that support their overall well-being. From organizing activities and fitness programs to coordinating community partnerships and educational workshops, you will create opportunities that enrich the lives of seniors in the community.WHO YOU ARE?You are someone who genuinely enjoys working with older adults and creating meaningful experiences that promote wellness, engagement, and independence.You are organized, energetic, and community-minded. You enjoy planning activities, building partnerships, and motivating others to stay active and involved.
