Community Engagement & Qualitative Research Lead (Lead for Stakeholder Engagement and Community Forums)Role PurposeThe Community Engagement & Qualitative Research Lead will manage all stakeholder engagement activities , including surveys, focus groups, interviews, and town hall facilitation. This role ensures the project captures family and community perspectives across Cochise sub-regions .This role supports Task 3 (Primary Data Collection), Task 5 (Community Validation), and Task 6 (Town Halls) .Key ResponsibilitiesStakeholder Engagement PlanningIdentify key stakeholder groups including:childcare providershealthcare providersschool administratorsparents with young childrencommunity organizationsbusiness and faith leaders.Develop the stakeholder engagement strategy and communication plan. Survey and Interview DesignDesign survey instruments for early childhood stakeholders.Develop interview and focus group guides to capture insights on:service access barriersworkforce capacityfunding impactsopportunities for collaboration.Facilitation of Qualitative ResearchConduct focus groups and listening sessions within Cochise sub-regions.Facilitate key informant interviews with system leaders and decision makers.Ensure qualitative data is accurately documented and summarized.Community Forums / Town HallsCo-design town hall agendas with project leadership and community partners.Present findings in accessible formats for community audiences.Facilitate structured discussions focused on identifying priorities and strategies.Documentation and ReportingSummarize stakeholder feedback and community insights.Prepare facilitation summaries and community priorities for inclusion in final reports.Minimum QualificationsMaster's degree in Sociology, Community Development, Public Health, Social Work, or a related field .Minimum 7 years of experience leading community engagement and qualitative research initiatives .Demonstrated experience conducting:stakeholder interviewsfocus groupscommunity listening sessions.Experience facilitating multi-stakeholder meetings or public forums .Strong experience documenting qualitative findings and translating them into actionable insights.Preferred QualificationsExperience working with rural or border communities .Experience facilitating community planning or collaborative decision-making processes .Experience engaging families, service providers, and community leaders in social services initiatives .Experience supporting early childhood or family support programs .By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
