They support their electricians with proper staffing, clear processes, and leadership that understands the trade, so you can focus on quality work and customer service.The estimated pay range for this role is $24 - $40 per hour based on experience. Key Responsibilities:Diagnose and troubleshoot residential electrical systems and safety issues.Perform code-compliant repairs and upgrades, including panels, wiring, devices, lighting, EV chargers, and generators.Conduct comprehensive system evaluations and clearly communicate findings to homeowners.Present options and provide upfront pricing to empower customers in making informed decisions.Utilize a tablet/service app to document work, create service options, and efficiently close out jobs. Skills and Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years of residential service electrical experience preferred.Strong troubleshooting abilities with a commitment to quality workmanship.Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.Proficient in using mobile devices and service software; Journeyman license preferred, but not required.
