Bartender | FARM Restaurant | Full-Time
Reports to: FARM ManagerClassification: Full Time, Hourly, Non-ExemptPosition Overview Craft cocktails and serve beverages at FARM Restaurant—delivering a unique and engaging guest experience.RESPONSIBILITIESPrepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.Engage with guests and provide beverage recommendations.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.Monitor guest alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service.Assist with bar inventory and supply management.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSPrevious experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality.Strong communication skills and attention to detail.Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.Familiarity with property or outlet-specific needs (e.g., Boon Fly, FARM, Hilltop).Team player mentality and a commitment to maintaining the resort's high standards.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSAbility to work a flexible schedule based on event volume and business needs with ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds , including banquet equipment, trays, and suppliesMust be able to stand and walk for extended periods and move between indoor and outdoor venues on the resort propertyAbility to navigate the resort's expansive property as applicable.TOTAL COMPENSATIONBase SalaryMedical, Dental & Vision InsuranceHealth and Dependent Care FSA OptionsLife Insurance, Short-Term Disability and Long-Term DisabilityCritical Illness, Cancer, Hospital Indemnity and Accident Supplemental Insurance401k with Employer MatchPaid Time Off (PTO) & Sick Leave
