In Room Dining ServerJoin our team as an In-Room Dining Server and become part of the Auberge Family. We are looking for a service-driven hospitality professional who is passionate about creating exceptional dining experiences in the comfort of our guests' rooms. This role is responsible for delivering timely, personalized, and attentive in-room dining service with a warm guest-focused approach, ensuring every order is presented with care and every interaction creates a memorable experience.The starting range for this position is $16.90. This is the pay rate for this position that Stanly Ranch reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately and quickly take and place orders and input them into the POS system ensuring correct timing and billing.Deliver requested items in an efficient and timely manner.Relate with guests about needs, and satisfaction with the beverage and drinks, ensuring a consistently caring and high-quality serviceRetrieve orders from the POS system and communicate any special requests or modifications to the kitchen. Maintain knowledge of all menu items.Prepare the guest check accurately and collect payment or signature, as requiredOperate, maintain, and properly clean all restaurant equipment and fittingsEnsure that the food delivery is tidy and keep an accurate par of food items such as beverages and snacks, as well as non-food items like menu cards, napkins, straws, etc. on cart and in storage areas.Use safe food handling procedures and maintain a safe working environment by using proper skills and food safety guidelinesClean and maintain in-room private/mini-bars; report damage, or malfunctioning unitsCheck quality and expiration of all items; discard and replace according to established procedures.QualificationsMinimum of one year experience in customer service or the food service / hospitality industry.Must meet the minimum age requirements for food and alcohol service.Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.Ability to obtain relevant state and local government certifications, such as food handlers certificate and alcohol training certifications.Ability to lift 30lbs
